I didn’t receive my download link.
Check your spam/promotions folder first. Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
The LUTs don’t look right in my editing software.
Make sure you’re using a Rec.709/standard color space timeline and applying the LUT as an adjustment layer, not directly baked onto clips. Contact us with your software name and version if you’re still stuck.
