Digital Product Nature
All products sold on this website (color grading LUTs) are digital downloadable goods delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because these are digital goods, refunds are handled differently from physical products.
15-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase date if:
- The downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time; or
- You were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same order.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- You have downloaded and used the LUT files and simply changed your mind (“change of mind” is not covered, as with most digital goods, since the file cannot be “returned”).
- The request is made after the 15-day window has passed.
- The issue is due to incompatibility with software/hardware not listed in the product’s stated compatibility, when this was reasonably disclosed on the product page.
Cancellation
Orders for digital products are processed and delivered immediately, so once a download link has been issued and the file downloaded, the order cannot be “cancelled.” You may cancel and receive a full refund if you contact us before the download link is generated/accessed.

We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
